Balance Diet Chart For Losing Weight In 4 Weeks

Today we will talk about balance diet chart for losing weight in 4 weeks. Exercise play a big role for the fit and healthy body. If you can balance diet then you can losing weight easily. If you have joined Gym then Gym instructor also say to you balance your diet for losing weight or make your body shape. Exercise and balanced diet is the secret of celebrities also. If you want to rid of obesity and losing weight then only exercise and balance diet can help you. If you want to quick losing weight then follow the below diet plan:-

  • First of all, wake up before 6:00 Am and pay prayer.
  • Don’t eat salt after 7:30 Am.
  • Don’t drink carbonated water.
  • Try to away from Bananas and Mangoes.
  • Try to away from juices.
  • After that do aerobic exercise for a ½ hour. (1/2 = 30 minutes) If you can join any fitness center then it will be better otherwise, you can do exercise at your home and continue balance diet plan.
  • Aerobic exercise consists of 500 skips. (Do rope skips at least 500 times) You can start from 100 skips of 5 sets and increase daily.
  • 1.5 2Kg dumbbells daily. This is your start. Now rest
  • Breathing exercise for 20 Minutes
Plan For Week 1 (Losing Weight)
  • Get up before 6 o clock.
  • Drink 2 glass water of Methi Seeds. (Mix 1 teaspoon of Methi in 2 Glasses of water) Only drink water strain Methi.
  • Take Almond with skin.
  • 1 black peppercorns no need of chew.
  • Now at 9 Am take 1 toast brown bread. You can use butter, curd, salad and Sauce.
  • At 11:30 Am. You can take fruit as you wish but not more than 1.
  • At 1:30 Pm. A small plate of Salad before your lunch.
  • You can talk 1 flour bread.
  • At 5:00 Pm. Take 1 cup of Milk or Tea with two biscuits. (Try to eat Marie biscuit). 1 bowl of Roasted chickpeas or 1 bowl or Popcorn.
  • At 7:30 Pm. A small plate of Salad before dinner. 1 Flour bread with any vegetable.
  • At 8:30 Pm. You can eat fruit as you wish. Don’t eat more than 1.

Plan For Week 2 (Losing Weight)
  • Get up before 6 o clock.
  • Drink 2 glass water of Tulsi leaves. (Mix 5 Tulsi Leaves in 2 Glasses of water) Only drink water strain Tulsi.
  • Take 5 Almond with skin.
  • 1 black peppercorns no need of chew.
  • Now at 9 Am. Last week 9 Am Plan.
  • At 11:30 Am. Last week plan follows.
  • At 1:30 Pm. A small plate of Salad before your lunch.
  • You can talk 2 flour bread.
  • At 5:00 Pm. Take 1 cup of Milk or Tea with two biscuits. (Try to eat Marie biscuit).
  • At 7:30 Pm. Previous week plan.
  • At 8:30 Pm. Last week plan follows.

I hope after 2nd week you have to lose weight more than 3 Kg. This is the balance diet plan of your 2nd Week.

Plan For Week 3 (Losing Weight)

Plan 3 week will follow as your Plan of Week 1. No change in this week.

Plan For Week 4 (Losing Weight)

Plan 4 will like your Plan 1. No change in this plan.

Lastly, after 4 weeks you have rid of 4-5 Kgs weight loss. You can continue this for maintaining your body. But if you discontinue this then make a routine of exercise. If any person says to you reduce your weight in just 7 days then he/ she is lying. This is only the way for losing weight.

However, if any doctor gives you medicines to reduce your weight then I will suggest you don’t eat medicines for losing weight.
