  • Now search for the Advanced section.
  • Here you will find Cron jobs.


  • Now set to once per hour.

  • Here you need to select every sixth hour from the drop down list.

Every Sixth hour

  • Copy the below code and paste in the command section. Keep in mind change userna5 with your CPanel username.
cd /home/userna5/public_html; php -q wp-cron.php

Place command

  • Click on Add new Cron job. You will get a message of successful creation.


Now it will work on these hours and minutes. But you will not get any email or message when it will work.
